Your satisfaction Buyer is our goal.if you are unhappy with your purchase ,please make sure to contact our customer support center within 2-3 days of receving item. All merchandise returns must be unworn,unwashed,original lace,(uncut),and still have the original package and gifts attached.we are happy to issue your refund in the original form of payment.once your return is recived and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have recived your returned item . we will als notify you of recived approval or rejection of your refund if the item is returned in good condition like you recived it. once approved your refund will be issued in the original form of payment .Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost.

We accept cancellation you can cancel item within 3 hoursof purchasing please contact our customer service and will issue a full refund. W e cannot cancel order once it's shipped out.

Once our package is with the carrier it is out of our control we are not responsible for delays/ lost or stolen packages.Orders are shipped within 2-3 (BUSINESS DAYS),MONDAY-FRIDAY(us only).We use USPS FIRST- CLASS/ PRIORITY MAIL.We are making every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holydays.
